A Loving Spirit having a Human Experience, JUST LIKE YOU. I play different roles as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, co-worker, friend and many more, JUST LIKE YOU. In my earlier years I did not know how to navigate life’s challenges and I allowed for life to happen ‘to’ me, while suffering mentally, emotionally, and physically for most of my life. I was a “victim” in my life. All the doctors I went to for help, only gave me different prescriptions, not really understanding what the root cause of my illnesses were. I felt overwhelmed and with no way out, so I thought at the time.

In 2008 I hit rock bottom, I lost it all. I lost my faith, my health, my home, my job, and my marriage. I had no hope left and I did the unthinkable, I attempted suicide thinking it would stop all the pain. I experienced a Near Death Experience (N.D.E.) and I remember feeling this grand peace, love, and space, I had never felt before. These are the best words I can find to describe what I felt. When I woke up in Mercy hospital with a breathing tube in my throat, I was humbled. I knew in that moment it was a miracle that I survived and without any permanent brain damage. This moment changed my perception of life forever. It restored my faith in my creator. I became aware of the divine intelligence that flows in me and all around me. It is the unseen loving energy that keeps everything in motion. I no longer felt alone. I had no idea how to create a different life, but I KNEW in my heart, I would be guided by the loving intelligence that saved my life. From this place of nothing, I began the journey of transforming my life.
